HOSTEL

• Torn Hostel rooms are situated on the first floor of Torn dormitory. Torn Hostel has 11 twin rooms, 1 three-person room and 1 single room. 
• Our Hostel apartments contain two bedrooms, a shared kitchen, shower room and WC. Kitchen, shower room and WC are shared between guests staying in the same apartment.
• If you book "one place in a twin room" and the hostel is fully booked for that period, you will be placed together with another hostel guest of the same gender.
• Torn Hostel does not offer catering, but all guests are welcome to bring their own food and cook it in the apartment's kitchen (kitchen equipment includes a stovetop, electric kettle, pot, pan, tableware, cutlery). Fire safety rules and instructions for using stovetop are available in each kitchen.
• There are two shops (Selver and Rimi) and a fast food restaurant "Karibu" in 5 min walking distance. Restaurant "Muru" is open daily in Gardest gardening centre nearby. There is also a hot beverages machine available 24/7 in the lobby. During daytime, there is a buffet style cafe open in the main university building (Mon-Fri 11.00-14.00) with daily offers.
• There are two bus stops nearby (Tartu näitused and Betton) where you can take the bus directly to city centre. Buses that go there are 6 and 13. 
• All hostel visitors can use the laundry room in our basement. Washing one load of laundry costs 3,5€ and using the dryer costs 1,5€. The price already includes automatically dosed washing agents. It is possible to pay for the washes by card in the laundry room.
• All hostel rooms have free Wi-Fi and a TV (shows 24 channels).
• Bedding is included in the price (pillow, blanket, bedsheet, blanket cover, pillow cover, small towel).
• Room cleaning is included in the price.
• Parking is free around the building, except in a few specially marked "staff parking" spaces (you can ask the receptionist to confirm where it is OK to park in order to avoid a parking ticket).
   
• Pets are not allowed.
   
• Check-in starts from 14.00 and check-out is at 10.00.
   
• You can pay at the reception by cash or card. If your stay is being paid by a company and they need to pay by bank transfer, a company guarantee letter is needed beforehand (please contact piret@rohemucampus.ee for details).
