How to sign the rental contract

  • In order to apply for a room at Rohemu Campus, submit an online room application. Enter only correct information in the application form. Applications containing false information or with missing information will be deleted. You can have only one application in the waiting list at a time. If you enter several room applications, only the latest one will be kept and previous ones will be deleted.
     
  • Once you have submitted your application, you cannot change the information in it, so if you need to do that, delete the application and send a new one or write an e-mail to kylliki@rohemucampus with the corrected info.
     
  • After submitting your room application, it will stay in the waiting list until we can send you an offer. The speed of receiving an offer varies throughout the year. If you need the offer by a certain date (due to Visa application), please write to us and let us know.
     
  • After receiving a room offer, you will get a notification to your e-mail with the room info and price. 
     
  • Once you have accepted the offer through a link provided in the offer e-mail, our community manager will finalize your contract during office hours. Please be patient as that might take some time. The contract terms along with our house rules and other necessary info will be sent to you for reviewing. Once you have read all contract terms, the contract can be signed.
     
  • We will also send you the first deposit/rent invoice, depending on which contract type you chose. You will be able to collect the keys and check in after the deposit/first rent invoice has been paid.
