How to get a lease agreement?

  • In order to apply for a room at Rohemu Campus, you will need to submit an online room application. Make sure you enter only correct information when filling in the application form. Applications containing false information or with missing information will be deleted. You can have only one application in the waiting list at a time. 
     
  • Once you have submitted your application, you cannot change the information in it, so if you need to do that, delete the application and send a new one.
     
  • After submitting your room application, you will be put in our waiting list and we will assign you a place as soon as possible. The speed how fast you will get an offer will vary depending on what month it is and the length of the waiting list. If you need the offer by a certain date (due to Visa application), please contact the community manager of time and let her know.
     
  • When we have found a suitable room for you, we will send you a room offer. You will get a notification on your e-mail when that happens.
     
  • Once you have accepted the offer, community manager will confirm it during office hours and send you a deposit invoice to your e-mail. Please be patient as it might take some time (if you accept the offer on a weekend, you will have to wait until the following work week to receive a reply).
     
  • Once you receive the deposit invoice and it has been paid, your contract is confirmed.
     
  • You will also receive an e-mail with some important information for your check-in.
  • Make sure you have read all the rent contract terms and conditions as well as the house rules before you arrive for your check-in. By signing the contract, you agree to follow all the rules and regulations of the dormitory.
