Parking

 

From 01.01.2025, a new parking regulation will take effect in Rohemu Campus student housing, in the parking area between Fr. R. Kreutzwaldi 52 (Torn) and Tuglase 7 (Betton), which will change this area into parking zone X167. The purpose of implementing the change is to create a calmer and safer living environment.

 

Rohemu Campus has partnered with SNABB OÜ to provide this parking service. Their task is to ensure a conveniently functioning system and to make sure that all the parking requirements are met. From now on, redeeming the parking right and access to the parking area is possible through the SNABB mobile app.

 

Contractual residents of Rohemu Campus have a discounted price of 20€/month for parking in the designated parking area. To receive the discount and parking right, you must notify us of your wish in advance by sending the following information to haldus@rohemucampus.ee: your full name, room number, phone number, vehicle registration plate number.

 

After that, you will be sent a unique discount code, which will apply the discounted price when entered in the SNABB mobile app. There are a limited number of discount codes and they are issued according to the number of available parking spaces. The code will be valid until your rental contract officially ends and must be renewed if the rental agreement is extended.

 

To access the parking area, the corresponding parking barrier must be opened in the SNABB mobile app. Registered vehicle numbers are added to the parking management system and the entrance to the area becomes automatic, using a license plate recognition camera, which records the entering vehicle’s number and opens the barrier, if the parking permit is valid.

 

The barrier opens when starting short-term parking.

 

When leaving the parking area, the parking period must be ended in the mobile app.

 

Parking in the parking area is allowed in all parking spaces that are not separately marked with a sign.

 

The parking area behind Tuglase 7 (Betton) is reserved for the staff of the Estonian University of Life Sciences.

 

Parking spaces outside the parking barriers are reserved for temporary parking, where parking with a parking clock is allowed for up to 30 minutes. This allows food couriers, taxis and guests of residents to park their vehicles temporarily for free.
