Sending in a room application does not guarantee you a contract at the campus - room offers are made only if we have availability and you will need to have a signed. valid rental agreement before arriving to the dormitory.
Monthly price includes rent and utilities.
Minimum contract length in the dormitory is 1 calendar month (30 days).

Your deposit payment cannot be used to pay for rent invoices while your contract is active. Deposit can only be used to pay off any unpaid debt once the contract is already ended. If you wish to use your deposit to pay for your last invoice, please contact the accountant and let her know: raamatupidaja@rohemucampus.ee.
